OÖ Verkehrsholding holds a 99% stake in Ennshafen OÖ GmbH. Ennshafen is a public harbour with private transhipment companies. It is operated according to the principle of public-private partnership. Ennshafen is located at river kilometre 2112 at the mouth of the Enns waterway into the Danube and is a core network node for Austria on the Rhine-Danube corridor in the pan-European waterway transport system. This promotes the development of the modern logistics hub in the interests of the economy as a whole. Ship, rail and lorry make the location a hub for logistics companies and local businesses in the international transport of goods and raw materials.
OÖ Verkehrsholding holds a 50% stake in Flughafen Linz GesmH. Linz Airport is one of the most modern regional airports in Austria. As an aviation logistics centre, it serves to safeguard Upper Austria as a business location in the context of the increasingly networked economic world in both the passenger and freight sectors and facilitates business and holiday travel. It is therefore not only an important partner for Upper Austria's export-orientated economy, but also contributes to the quality of life of the region's inhabitants.
ASFINAG Service GmbH is responsible for the operational management of motorways and motorways in all federal states except Tyrol and Vorarlberg. (Tyrol and Vorarlberg are the responsibility of ASFINAG Alpenstraßen GmbH). It is therefore responsible for all operational and electromechanical maintenance activities as well as inventory and traffic management. OÖ Verkehrsholding holds a 2.17% stake in ASFINAG Service GmbH.
The Lambach-Vorchdorf-Eggenberg local railway, also known as the Vorchdorferbahn, is a standard-gauge local railway in Upper Austria. The line runs from the Stadl-Paura transfer station to Vorchdorf-Eggenberg (11.8 kilometres). OÖ Verkehrsholding holds an 11.03% stake in this local railway.
The Vöcklamarkt-Attersee local railway, also known as the Atterseebahn, is a metre-gauge electric local railway. It runs between the towns of Attersee on the Attersee of the same name and Vöcklamarkt on the Vienna-Linz-Salzburg western railway line. OÖ Verkehrsholding holds a 10.46% stake in the Vöcklamarkt-Attersee AG local railway.
