
Head of Controlling & Financial Management (f/m/d)
Schiene OÖ GmbH & Co KG (schiene-ooe.at), which is owned by the province of Upper Austria, is responsible for the planning, construction and operation of public transport infrastructure.
In order to further expand our controlling department, we are looking to strengthen our team by appointing a highly skilled and honest person as Head of Controlling & Financial Management. In this key role, you will play a significant operational role and be responsible for strategic controlling. You will act as a reliable point of contact for management, project managers and external stakeholders.
These versatile and varied tasks await you at our company:
Overall responsibility for the Controlling & Financial Management department
Management and further development of operational and strategic controlling as well as support for the interface with accounting
Support with accounting and tax issues and liquidity management as well as carrying out internal cost allocation
Reporting to management, funding bodies and other stakeholders
Project controlling for existing facilities and new construction projects
Preparation and monitoring of business plans, involvement in budgeting and budget monitoring
Interim and final project accounts
You have these skills:
A degree in business administration (FH, university) specialising in controlling, financial management or similar.
Several years of relevant professional experience in project controlling or controlling of construction and/or infrastructure projects
Experienced handling of MS Office, especially MS Excel; MS Project an advantage
Structured, independent and solution-orientated way of working with strong analytical skills
Self-reflective, responsible personality with a professional demeanour
Personal maturity and leadership skills, characterised by respectful behaviour, clarity and cooperation at eye level

Attractive remuneration: The gross monthly salary for this position is € 6,112.99 for 40 hours per week with relevant professional experience of at least 7 years in accordance with the collective agreement for railway companies, with the willingness to overpay depending on qualifications and experience.
